Between the Network Solutions and the WordPress and the HostMySite to the passwords and the logins and the changing of DNS and the cookies (not the “Ahoy” kind) left at work that I can’t access from home, I think I’ve had enough of computers today.
I’m not sure this plan I’m on at the new provider is going to give me access to add all my archived entries. I’ve taken a special “WordPress Blog” plan that allows me generous amounts of storage space, but I’m not sure it will allow me to use that space as a server where I can simply throw files out on their own. If that’s not the case then I may have to take this down or get to a different more regular plan that will allow me freedom of access. I can still throw a WP template up there though. I’m hoping I can do it this way though because it will be a lot cheaper (and easier).
So the tinkering may have to wait until tomorrow or even the weekend. Because I’m fed up, I’m going to go get more fed up (with dinner) and wait for Project Runway to start.
oh smart one, please teach me how to get my beerbudgetbride site up and running. maybe we could work on it the first weekend of august?
Wow…after such a trying day, Project Runway must have been the last nail in the coffin. How disappointed were you in that mess of a show?
The site stuff will work itself out and tomorrow will bring better days….and cookies, apparently.
Beau, I have to agree with you on that PR premiere ep. Who had annoyed me so much by about 15 mins into the show that I desperately hoped he’d either get kicked off or shot? Blayne. Please, Blayne- please go. We don’t WANNA HOLLA ATCHA. Just… just go. And take your orange skin with you. (that’s not racist, ’cause humans aren’t supposed to be orange!!) Last season’s designers were so freakin’ amazing… these peeps have A LOT to live up to, and screwing up a challenge that was done on a previous season? Not a good way to start. Tablecloths? Really?!
Whoo! I have been waiting for 2 days to get that off my chest… Okay! Thanks!
